Updates
Been very busy lately, so I am behind in the posts. Good news is, I got my Christmas present early this year, a new Canon digital camera, so I will be able to start shooting some good pictures and posting them here. Plus, I need to keep friends updated on the new puppy, kind of document his growth and health.
Been busy remodeling. The bedrooms have been remodeled, and we all have new beds. Believe me, sleeping in a King Size is much more comfortable when four dogs sleep with you. The rooms are all freshly painted, carpeted, window treatments, the whole nine yards, and what a difference it makes.
Changed gyms. Nothing is/was wrong with ProFitness, it was a great place to work out and the people were friendly. The new gym is closer to home and works out much better for Kim. Not to mention the new gym has several other activities, martial arts, etc. The new gym is called Competitive Edge and is on Lake Road in Avon Lake. The owner, a former medalist, has been training high school, collegiate, olympic, and professional athletes for years, and in many different areas as well. I've been there for less than a week, and he has already provided several pointers, hitting muscles I did not know existed. Also, the first two guys I met thought I looked like Chuck Liddell. Guess I'll fit in good to this place.
Lastly, for those of you living outside the Ohio State area, I just want to say that OSU is exciting to watch as we march our way, hopefully to another National Championship. Go OSU and, uhh, screw Michigan (to say it nicely).
